THE HISTORY OF OUR GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY

It was at this time that Lena Adås and her husband, Gunnar, recognised the need for a gluten-free bakery. The demand for quality gluten-free bread turned out to get even greater than either of them could have ever imagined.
