Our recipe for gluten-free chocolate cake is quick to make and it’s perfect for any summer party. Stack three gluten-free brownies and go all in with fresh berries and mascarpone cream. The result is a summery gluten-free chocolate cake.

Ingredients

  • 3 Fria brownies
  • 500 g fresh summer berries
  • Mascarpone cream:
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • grated rind of one lemon
  • 400 ml whipping cream

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Whisk together the mascarpone, icing sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Then add the cream and continue whipping until the consistency becomes spreadable.

  • Alternate Fria’s gluten-free brownies, mascarpone cream, and berries to create a cake. Top with a little icing sugar just before serving.
